Code of Conduct

At English Studio, we are committed to fostering a positive, respectful, and inclusive learning environment for everyone. To ensure that all learners have the opportunity to succeed, we ask that you adhere to the following code of conduct during LIVE sessions.

1. Respect for Others

Treat instructors, fellow learners, and staff with kindness and respect at all times.
Use appropriate and respectful language in all communications, including live sessions, group discussions, and on the platform.
Avoid any form of discrimination, harassment, or bullying based on race, gender, religion, nationality, or any other personal characteristic.

2. Commitment to Learning

Attend classes punctually and come prepared to participate fully in all activities.
Complete assigned exercises, readings, and practice tasks as outlined in your course.
Take ownership of your progress by using resources such as My Vocabulary Learning section, My Grammar Book, and My Files section for self-directed learning.

3. Academic Integrity

Submit your own work and avoid any form of plagiarism or dishonesty.
Respect the intellectual property of English Studio by not sharing, duplicating, or distributing course materials without permission.

4. Constructive Communication

Share feedback, questions, or concerns with your instructor in a constructive and polite manner.
Actively contribute to discussions and group activities in a way that supports collaboration and mutual learning.

5. Respect for the Platform

Use the platform and its resources responsibly and in accordance with English Studio’s guidelines.
Do not engage in activities that disrupt or damage the learning environment, including but not limited to:
Sharing inappropriate or offensive content.
Misusing chat features or spamming messages.
Attempting to access unauthorized areas of the platform.
Displaying profane or obscene content.

6. Technical Preparedness

Ensure that you have the necessary equipment and fast internet connection to participate in online classes without disruptions.
Notify your instructor in advance if you are unable to attend a session or encounter technical issues.

7. Privacy and Confidentiality

Respect the privacy of other learners and instructors by not sharing personal information or session recordings without consent.
Keep login credentials secure and do not share your account with others.

Consequences of Misconduct

Failure to comply with this Code of Conduct may result in:

A verbal or written warning from your instructor or the platform administrator.
Temporary suspension or removal from classes or platform access.
Permanent expulsion from English Studio in cases of severe or repeated violations.
